The website is provided for general information about our company and the petroleum products we distribute and trade. Product descriptions, specifications, grades, minimum order quantities, lead times and any indicative price ranges are illustrative only and may change without notice. Formal specifications and certificates of quality are supplied with each confirmed order.
3. Quotations and orders
- Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Requests submitted through the quote form or by phone, email or WhatsApp are enquiries only.
- A quotation from us is valid for the period stated in it, and is subject to product availability, market movements and credit approval.
- A binding sale arises only when we confirm an order in writing or sign a supply agreement. The price, quantity, grade, Incoterms, delivery point, payment terms and any other conditions are those set out in that written agreement.
- Petroleum sales are subject to the applicable laws, licences and regulations of Kenya and of the destination country, including customs, export and safety requirements.
4. Safety and compliance
We operate in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the oil trade. Customers are responsible for lawfully receiving, storing, handling and using the products they buy, and for holding any permits their own operations require. Safety data sheets are available on request.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it in a way that disrupts service, submitting false or misleading enquiries, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The website, including its text, graphics, logo, layout and software, belongs to Petroshire or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.

The website may link to or integrate third-party services such as WhatsApp or maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
